The Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Corbeaux 2022 from Domaine Bruno Clavelier, born on the limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, offers aromas of red fruits, violet and spices. Silky palate, velvety tannins and a chalky finish. Perfect with duck or cheeses, it can be cellared for 8 to 10 years.
Domaine Bruno Clavelier
An artisanal estate rooted in Vosne-Romanée, where the Burgundian heritage blends with a biodynamic approach and a deep respect for the terroir.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, where old Pinot Noir vines draw a distinctive minerality and rare elegance.
- Vinification: Natural methods, minimal intervention and precise aging to reveal the purity of the fruit and the complexity of the Premiers Crus.
Tasting notes for Domaine Bruno Clavelier Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Corbeaux 2022
- Appearance: Deep ruby robe with violet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a wine that is both dense and refined.
- Nose: Aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry intertwine with notes of violet, blonde tobacco and undergrowth, lifted by a saline and spicy touch.
- Palate: Velvety attack, fine and tight tannins, lively acidity carrying a chalky minerality, leading to a long and taut finish marked by a persistent salinity.
Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to fully express its aromatic complexity.
Vintage 2022
A generous vintage, where the summer heat ripened the grapes without altering their freshness, yielding wines that are both structured and balanced.
- Aging potential: 10 to 15 years, to be kept under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled hygrometry).
