In the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry intertwine with notes of violet and liquorice, lifted by a chalky touch and a hint of salinity.
On the palate: A precise and taut attack, where minerality blends with velvety tannins, leading to a long and elegant finish, underpinned by a lively acidity.
Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to fully express its complexity.
