On the nose: An elegant bouquet where tangy red fruits (redcurrant, morello cherry), floral notes of peony, a spiced touch of white pepper and a subtle chalky minerality all intertwine.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a velvety tannic framework, before a saline and persistent finish, marked by aromas of liquorice and undergrowth.
