To the eye: Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of Williams pear, acacia blossom, citrus honey and flint, lifted by a characteristic saline touch from the Brézé terroir.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, supported by a chalky minerality, a taut acidity and a long finish, marked by notes of candied yellow fruits.
Serve at 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
