Tasting notes for the wine Dhondt-Grellet 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Les Terres Fines Extra Brut
To the eye – Robe of pale gold with green highlights, of a silky clarity and fine, persistent effervescence.
On the nose – Aromas of white flowers and fresh citrus (lime, grapefruit), followed by notes of toasted brioche and a saline touch, reminiscent of sea spray.
On the palate – A taut and vibrant texture, carried by a precise acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long and saline finish marked by a crystalline elegance.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a Champagne flûte or a white wine glass to preserve its freshness and complexity.
