To the eye – A deep garnet-red robe, with a velvety texture and a brilliance that already announces its mineral tension.
On the nose – Aromas of morello cherry and wild blackberry, lifted by notes of fresh violet and sweet liquorice, before a saline touch underlines the freshness of the terroir.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, where tangy red fruits mingle with a chalky minerality, carried by silky tannins and a finish of saline and spiced length.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release all its complexity.
