This Pinot Noir 2021 from Domaine Arlaud, sourced from the lieu-dit Aux Réas, captivates with its finesse. Aged in oak barrels, it unveils violet, blackberry and a mineral touch. The palate, well-balanced, marries velvety tannins with saline freshness. Perfect until 2036 alongside roasted meats or cheeses.
Domaine Arlaud
A family estate rooted in the Côte de Nuits, where the transmission of expertise is intertwined with an absolute respect for the Burgundian terroir.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils from the climats of Vosne-Romanée, shaped by an ideal exposure and a chalky minerality, revealing the soul of the Pinot Noir.
- Winemaking: Biodynamic approach, measured ageing in oak barrels and bottling without filtration, to preserve the purity and tension of the wine.

Tasting notes for Domaine Arlaud Vosne-Romanée Aux Réas 2021
To the eye: A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh violet and wild blackberry intertwine with notes of ripe black plum, before giving way to a mineral touch of crushed limestone and a subtle hint of dried pot-pourri.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by satiny tannins and an elegant acidity, revealing nuances of blood orange, morello cherry and white pepper, leading to a long, saline finish of persistent chalky minerality.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
Vintage 2021
A vintage defined by vibrant freshness and balanced ripeness, where mineral tension combines with a natural elegance.
- Ageing potential: 15 years, to be stored under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity and away from light).
