In the glass: A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and fresh violet, followed by notes of licorice and undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and stony minerality.
On the palate: A precise attack, carried by a lively acidity and elegant minerality, with a long, saline finish where red fruits and sweet spices intertwine.
Serve between 12 and 14°C, in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
