The Clos Goillotte 2021 from Domaine Prieuré Roch, a monopole of Vosne-Romanée, reveals a Pinot Noir of great purity. Its clay-limestone soils and biodynamic farming offer notes of red fruits, spices and a mineral touch. The silky and lively palate promises a cellaring potential of 10 to 15 years.
