Appearance – garnet-red with silky highlights and crystalline clarity, suggesting a palate both delicate and precise.
On the nose – fresh sour cherry, wild blackberry and violet aromas, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of white pepper, the hallmark of a distinctly Jura terroir.
On the palate – a velvety texture, carried by lively acidity and chalky minerality, extends into a long, elegant finish of sweet spices and tart red fruit.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
