This Extra Brut Champagne is distinguished by its 0 g/l dosage, offering striking freshness and purity. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes, 30% of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks, with spontaneous fermentation and ageing on lees, giving it a unique complexity.

To the eye, its golden color with copper highlights sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow fruits such as mirabelle plum and pear intertwine with floral notes of lilac and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it offers a caressing texture, flavors of quince jelly and croissant, with a taut, saline finish.
