The Champagne Les Ursules R17 from Roses de Jeanne, Blanc de Noirs 2017 zero dosage, is born from a clay-limestone terroir in the Côte des Bar. Aged in tank, it offers cherry, linden and chalky minerality, with a silky, saline palate. Ideal until 2030 with oysters or roast pigeon.
A family estate rooted in the Côte des Bar, where each cuvée celebrates the essence of a terroir and a vintage.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils of Celles-sur-Ource, shaping champagnes of chalky minerality and rare tension.
- Vinification: Absolute respect for the fruit – single plots, manual harvesting, extended aging on lees and zero dosage for a pure expression.
