La Fleur Pétrus 2007, born on the gravels and clays of Pomerol, blends Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Aged in oak barrels, it offers aromas of red berries, truffle and violet, a silky palate and a lively minerality. Its long and balanced finish pairs with game or aged cheeses from now on.
A family estate rooted on the Pomerol plateau, where the winemaking heritage has been passed down since 1950.

To the eye: A deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, silky and luminous in texture.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh blackberry, creamy raspberry, and delicate violet, lifted by a hint of licorice and a subtle chalky minerality.
On the palate: A velvety attack, precise and integrated tannins, lively acidity balanced by a fruity richness, a long and saline finish carried by an elegant tension.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its complexity.
