- Vinification: meticulous production in small volumes, aging in new oak barrels for a pure and silky expression of the grape variety.
Tasting notes for Château Le Pin 2018
To the eye: a deep red robe with garnet highlights, dense and luminous, heralding a velvety texture.
On the nose: aromas of wild blackberry and black cherry intertwine with notes of violet, roasted cocoa and a mineral touch of graphite, evoking the complexity of the terroir.
On the palate: a silky attack unfolds into a generous yet precise texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and saline finish.
