This brut champagne, with a controlled dosage of 8 g/l, offers balanced freshness and generosity. Its blend is based on 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, including 40% reserve wines aged for up to 10 years, for exceptional depth. Aged for 3 years on lees, it gains in complexity.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of toasted brioche, ripe fruit such as peach and candied lemon mingle with floral notes and a touch of praline. On the palate, it reveals a creamy texture, lively freshness and an elegant finish, marked by hints of almond and honey.
