Ideal for food pairings through 2028.
A family estate rooted in Celles-sur-Ource, where Pinot Noir thrives on limestone and clay soils, shaping champagnes of rare purity.
- Terroir : Côte des Bar, with Kimmeridgian marl and brown clay soils that lend the wines minerality and tension.
- Winemaking : Extended aging on the lees in stainless steel, with no dosage, to preserve the grape variety’s pure expression and that of the named vineyard site.
