The Blanc des Millénaires 2014 from Charles Heidsieck, a Blanc de Blancs from the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs, combines mineral freshness and complexity after 8.5 years on lees. Nose of citrus, dried fruits and brioche, with a voluptuous and saline palate. Ideal with oysters, to enjoy by 2035.
An iconic house from Reims, Charles Heidsieck has embodied champagne excellence since 1851, combining tradition and precision in the art of blending and aging.
- Terroir : The grand crus of the Côte des Blancs – Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Oger – where chalky soils impart a distinctive minerality and vibrant tension to the Chardonnays.
- Vinification : Extended aging in chalk cellars (8.5 years on lees), measured dosage and respect for the fruit, for Champagne of rare depth and timeless elegance.
