The Champagne R Pouillon 1er Cru Les Blanchiens Brut Nature 2015 is born on the chalky slopes of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this zero-dosage 2015 seduces with its notes of apricot, brioche and its minerality. Fine bubble, perfect for oysters or fish. Cellaring: 5 to 10 years.

A family estate rooted in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, where the Champenois tradition has been passed down with exacting standards for three generations.
- Terroir: Chalky and limestone soils of the slopes of the Vallée de la Marne, classified Premier Cru, conferring on the wines a distinctive minerality and an elegant tension.
- Vinification: Traditional method, patient aging and minimal dosage to reveal the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir.

On the eye – A golden robe with green highlights, of a silky texture and fine, persistent effervescence, like a veil of light on the glass.
On the nose – Aromas of baked apple and ripe apricot intertwine with notes of golden croissant and fresh butter, lifted by a saline touch and a chalky minerality evoking the soils of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a creamy bubble, where flavors of candied citrus and yellow fruits unfold, before a long and saline finish, marked by a mineral elegance.
Serve between 8 and 10°C, in a tall flute or a white wine glass to appreciate its complexity.

A generous vintage, where the summer heat ripened the grapes while preserving a vibrant acidity, a guarantee of balance and aging potential.
