The Deutz Amour de Deutz Brut 2014, a vintage Blanc de Blancs, draws its minerality from the terroirs of Avize and Mesnil-sur-Oger. Nose of white flowers, citrus, and roasted yellow fruits, silky and taut palate. Ideal with seafood, to enjoy by 2030.
A Champagne house founded in 1838 in Aÿ, Deutz embodies a family heritage where precision and elegance have intertwined for nearly two centuries.
– Terroir: Exceptional crus in the Côte des Blancs – Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger – where chalky soils sculpt the minerality and tension of the wines.
– Vinification: A meticulous approach, combining tradition and innovation, to reveal the purity of Chardonnay in cuvées of rare finesse.
Tasting notes for the wine Deutz Amour de Deutz Brut 2014
To the eye – A golden, sparkling robe, traversed by a cord of silkily fine bubbles, like a veil of light on the glass.
On the nose – First, wafts of white flowers and orange blossom, followed by a buttery touch and candied citrus, before opening up to deeper notes of roasted pineapple and oyster shell, underlined by a subtle salinity.
On the palate – A creamy and vibrant texture, carried by precise acidity and chalky minerality, where aromas of yellow fruits, toast, and gentle spices unfold, leading to a long and elegant finish.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a champagne flute to preserve its freshness and complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced maturity, where freshness and concentration respond to each other in harmony.
– Aging potential: To be enjoyed until 2030 or beyond, provided it is stored away from light and temperature variations, ideally between 12 and 14°C.
