Mas de Daumas Gassac
A family estate rooted in the Languedoc hills, where limestone terroir and a cool microclimate have shaped exceptional wines since 1974.
- Terroir: Glacial limestone soils of the Hérault, between Terrasses du Larzac and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, lend the cuvées distinctive minerality.
- Winemaking: Precise vinification in stainless steel preserves the purity of the fruit, the wine’s tension and the grapes’ elegance, without artifice.

Tasting notes for Mas de Daumas Gassac 2025 white
In the glass – Pale gold with crystal clarity and silky, slightly silver highlights.
On the nose – White peach and ripe apricot aromas intertwine with notes of candied citrus zest, honeysuckle and a saline hint reminiscent of sea spray.
On the palate – A full, velvety texture, lively acidity and chalky minerality lead to a long, elegant finish marked by hints of fresh almond.
Serve at 10–13°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
2025 vintage
A promising vintage in which climatic freshness and grape ripeness are balanced, producing a wine approachable in its youth with fine potential to develop.
- Aging potential: 10 years or more when stored in a cool place, away from light and temperature fluctuations.
