The
A family estate rooted in the wild hills of the Languedoc, where winemaking heritage has met a pursuit of excellence since 1971.
- Terroir: Glacial limestone soils of the Aniane valley, within the IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert appellation—a mineral setting that shapes wines of rare precision.
- Winemaking: Bold blends, aging without oak and respect for the fruit—a philosophy in which complexity comes from balance, never artifice.
Tasting notes for Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc 2024
In the glass – Pale gold with crystal clarity.
On the nose – Vineyard peach and almond blossom aromas open into a burst of candied citrus, while a saline hint underscores the terroir’s minerality.
On the palate – A lively, taut opening brings together lemony acidity and a creamy texture, leading to a saline finish with lasting, elegant minerality.
Serve at 10–12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to bring out its full complexity.
2024 vintage
