From the terroirs of Aÿ, Deutz Brut Classic Magnum blends Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in subtle balance. Acacia and white-fruit aromas lead to a lively, silky palate. Suitable for 5 years of aging, this magnum is excellent with fish and shellfish.
Founded in Aÿ in 1838, this family-run house combines Champagne winemaking tradition with artisanal precision, rooted in the heart of the grands crus.
- Terroir: The chalky soils of the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier reveal their mineral purity.
- Winemaking: Meticulous blending, aging on the lees and carefully measured dosage for timeless elegance.
