Deutz Brut Rosé
Discover Deutz Brut Rosé, an elegant cuvée from Maison Deutz, founded in 1838 in Aÿ, in the heart of Champagne. This prestigious estate, steeped in Champagne tradition, cultivates vines on exceptional terroirs in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs regions, producing champagnes of remarkable finesse.
This brut rosé champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 9 g/l, revealing a perfect balance between freshness and delicacy. Its blend combines 90% Pinot Noir, part of which is vinified in red for its delicate hue, and 10% Chardonnay for a touch of elegance. Aged for 3 years on lees, it gains in complexity and roundness.
To the eye, its salmon-pink color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and wild strawberry intertwine with floral notes and a subtle touch of brioche. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, lively freshness and a fruity finish, reminiscent of pomegranate and citrus. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes, this rosé champagne embodies the refinement and timeless signature of Deutz.
