Deutz Amour de Deutz Brut Rosé 2013, sourced from the terroirs of Aÿ and the Côte des Blancs, unites Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Pale pink robe, nose of red fruits and rose, lively and saline palate: an elegant champagne for fine dining, to enjoy now or until 2038.
A Champagne house founded in 1838 in Aÿ, Deutz embodies the timeless elegance of an exceptional terroir and a family expertise passed down with rigor.
– Terroir: Chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs and grand crus of the Montagne de Reims – Aÿ, Mareuil, Bouzy – where minerality expresses itself with purity.
– Vinification: Precise blending, cold maceration for the rosés, and extended aging to reveal the tension and complexity of the cuvées.
Tasting notes for the wine Deutz Amour de Deutz Brut Rosé 2013
To the eye: A pale pink robe with coppery highlights, of silky clarity, traversed by a fine and persistent effervescence like a shower of light.
On the nose: Wild strawberries and crunchy raspberries blossom in harmony with dried rose petals, before a saline and chalky touch anchors the whole in an airy minerality.
On the palate: A velvety texture unfolds with lively and precise acidity, carried by a mineral salinity that extends the finish into an elegant and taut length.
Serve between 6 and 9°C in a champagne flute to preserve the freshness and finesse of the aromas.
