The Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2023 from Domaine Diconne is born on the calcareous terroirs of Auxey-Duresses. This Pinot Noir, aged in barrels, reveals cherry and gentle spices. Lively and precise, it captivates with its chalky minerality and silky tannins. With meats or cheeses, to enjoy now or within 3 to 5 years.
A family estate rooted in the hillsides of Auxey-Duresses, where Pinot Noir has flourished for generations.
- Terroir: Calcareous and clay-silt soils of Burgundy, shaping wines of chalky minerality and taut elegance.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels, with a measured touch of new wood, to preserve the purity of the fruit and the precision of the varietal.
To the eye: A clear ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh cherry and tangy redcurrant, followed by notes of violet and white pepper, lifted by a saline and chalky touch.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, fine and taut tannins, a chalky minerality that carries a long and saline finish.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full purity.
