Diconne Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru Les Grands Champs 2023, a Pinot Noir from the clay-limestone hillsides of Auxey-Duresses. Aged in oak barrels, it reveals blackberry, blackcurrant and violet. The palate, dense and silky, combines freshness and minerality. Perfect with game or duck, from now or over the next 5 to 8 years.
A family estate rooted at the heart of the Côte de Beaune, where Burgundian tradition is passed down with precision.
- Terroir: clay-limestone soils on gentle slopes, shaping Auxey-Duresses wines with chalky minerality and taut elegance.
- Vinification: aged in oak barrels for a silky structure, without ever masking the purity of the Pinot Noir.
In the glass: a deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a dense and luminous texture.
On the nose: aromas of wild blackberry and fresh blackcurrant intertwine with notes of violet and liquorice, lifted by a saline and chalky touch.
On the palate: a silky attack, carried by a lively acidity and a persistent minerality, leading to a long and finely spiced finish.
Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to reveal all its precision.
A vintage marked by balanced maturity, where freshness and concentration respond to each other in harmony.
- Ageing potential: to be enjoyed until 2030, under cool and stable cellar conditions.
