Born from the climats of Morey-Saint-Denis, the Dujac Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru 2021 reveals an elegant Pinot Noir. Aged in barrels, it marries berries, spices and minerality. Its silky, fresh palate promises cellaring potential through 2035. Ideal with duck breast or aged cheeses.

Nestled in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, this family estate has embodied Burgundian excellence and tradition since 1968.
- Terroir : The limestone soils of Morey-Saint-Denis, cradle of Premier Cru vineyards where Pinot Noir reveals its minerality and depth.
- Vinification : A biological and biodynamic approach, in which whole-bunch harvesting and ageing in French oak barrels preserve the purity of the fruit.

Tasting notes for Domaine Dujac Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru 2021
To the eye – A deep ruby robe, with a silky texture and a brilliance that already hints at its tension.
On the nose – Aromas of black cherry and fresh blackberry intertwine with notes of violet and liquorice, before a chalky touch underlines the minerality of the terroir.
On the palate – A precise attack, carried by a lively acidity and an elegant tannic structure, where soft spices and salinity intertwine; the long, taut finish leaves a persistent mineral imprint.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by freshness and balance, where the ripeness of the grapes combines with a vibrant acidity to produce wines of great precision.
- Ageing potential : To be cellared for 10 to 15 years in a cool cellar (12–14°C), away from light.
