The Bonnes Mares 2005 from Domaine Dujac, a Burgundy Grand Cru, reveals clay-limestone soils. This Pinot Noir, aged in barrels, offers notes of dark fruits and violet. The palate, velvety and mineral, captivates with its balance. Perfect through 2030 with red meats or cheeses.
A family estate rooted in the Côte de Nuits, where exacting standards and respect for the terroir shape wines of rare elegance.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Burgundy Grand Crus, between Morey-Saint-Denis and Chambolle-Musigny, where Pinot Noir reveals its minerality and depth.
- Vinification: Natural approach – hand-harvesting, indigenous yeasts and ageing in barrels for a pure and precise expression of the fruit.
