Nestled in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Dujac has embodied since 1968 the union of a family heritage and a pursuit of excellence in Burgundy.
- Terroir: limestone and marl soils of Morey-Saint-Denis, where the Premiers Crus reveal a chalky minerality and unique depth.
- Vinification: traditional methods, such as whole-cluster fermentation, producing wines of silky elegance and remarkable precision.
Tasting notes for Domaine Dujac Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru 2009
To the eye: a deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a velvety and luminous texture.
On the nose: aromas of black cherry, violet and undergrowth, lifted by a hint of liquorice and a subtle mineral salinity.
On the palate: a silky attack, a lively acidity and a chalky minerality that stretches into a long, taut finish, marked by notes of red fruits and gentle spices.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
