The Bourgogne Rouge 2023 from Domaine Emmanuel Rouget is an elegant Pinot Noir, born on the clay-limestone hillsides of Burgundy. Aged in selected barrels, it combines distinctive minerality, fine tannins and vibrant freshness. Enjoy now or through 2031, with poultry or aged cheeses.

Tasting notes for Domaine Emmanuel Rouget Bourgogne Rouge 2023
To the eye: A ruby robe with garnet highlights, of silky limpidity and promising depth.
On the nose: Aromas of morello cherry and fresh raspberry, followed by notes of violet and undergrowth, lifted by a saline and chalky touch.
On the palate: Velvety texture, lively acidity and fine tannins, underpinned by a taut minerality and a long, precisely elegant finish.
Serve between 15 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness and preserved freshness, yielding a wine of remarkable tension and great purity.
