Tasting notes for Cyprien Arlaud Bourgogne Oka 2021
To the eye: A deep garnet red robe of silky, luminous texture, heralding a wine that is both dense and airy.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh morello cherry and tangy raspberry, followed by deeper notes of wild blackberry and undergrowth, lifted by a saline and mineral touch.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a silky tannic structure, while a chalky minerality stretches into a long, salivating finish.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to enhance its complexity.
Vintage 2021
A vintage defined by vibrant freshness, where the balance between ripeness and tangy tension gives birth to wines of great precision.
- Ageing potential: Enjoyable now or cellared for 5 to 8 years in a cool, light-free environment.
