Grange des Pères 2012, a red wine from Domaine de la Grange des Pères, flourishes in IGP Pays d’Hérault. A blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon, it combines blackberry, spice and chalky minerality with silky tannins. Enjoy through 2028, ideally with meat in sauce.

Tasting notes for Domaine de la Grange des Pères Grange des Pères 2012
Appearance – A deep ruby color with garnet highlights, dense and luminous, suggesting generous body and graceful development.
Nose – Blackberry and ripe plum aromas intertwine with notes of vanilla, cedar and a saline touch reminiscent of the garrigue, before giving way to subtle spicy depth.
Palate – A velvety, full-bodied texture, supported by lively acidity and chalky minerality, unfolds with flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate and gentle spice, leading to a long, harmonious finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to bring out its complexity.
