Born on Aniane’s clay-limestone soils, the
Domaine de la Grange des Pères
Nestled in the heart of Aniane, this family estate has embodied Languedoc excellence since the 1980s under the visionary guidance of Laurent Vaillé.
- Terroir: Languedoc’s clay-limestone soils, where garrigue and the Mediterranean climate shape wines of rare intensity.
- Winemaking: biodynamic methods, aging in large casks and respect for indigenous yeasts reveal the purity of the fruit and the terroir’s minerality.

Tasting notes for Domaine de la Grange des Pères Grange des Pères 2023
Appearance—a silky, dense garnet-red color with violet highlights that dance in the light.
On the nose—a generous bouquet of candied black cherry, ripe blackcurrant and wild blackberry, lifted by notes of licorice, sweet spices and a saline touch of sun-drenched garrigue.
On the palate—a forthright, full-bodied opening, supported by fine, rounded tannins, lively acidity that brings tension, and chalky minerality that extends into a long, elegant finish.
Decant and serve at 17°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.
2023 vintage
A vintage marked by optimally ripe grapes, combining concentration and freshness in a wine of great precision.
- Aging potential: enjoy between 2026 and 2043; store under ideal conditions at a stable temperature, away from light.
