Tasting notes for Domaine Maxime Renaudin Carignan 2022
Appearance – deep red with garnet highlights, dense and luminous, suggesting a silky, generous palate.
On the nose – aromas of wild blackberry, black cherry and garrigue, accented by white pepper and a subtle mineral note.
On the palate – a velvety texture, lively acidity and chalky minerality carry through to a long, elegant finish where sweet spices mingle with ripe fruit.
Serve at 16°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
