An estate born of a young winemaker’s passion, rooted in the generous lands of the Languedoc, where each cuvée tells a story of terroir and a rigorous vision.
- Terroir : 5 hectares of vines in IGP Pays d’Hérault, on clay-limestone soils that give the grapes distinctive minerality and natural tension.
- Winemaking : A precise, respectful method involving hand-harvesting, complete destemming and extended barrel aging to reveal the elegance of the grape varieties.
Tasting notes for Domaine Maxime Renaudin 2023
- Appearance : Deep red with violet highlights, a silky density and a brilliance that hints at its vibrant youth.
- Nose : A generous bouquet blending ripe dark fruit—wild blackberry and blueberry—with notes of sweet spice, a touch of sun-drenched garrigue and a saline hint evocative of thyme and sandalwood.
- Palate : A velvety texture and precise acidity, supported by integrated tannins and an underlying minerality that extends into a remarkably long, saline, umami finish.
Serve between 16 and 17°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to appreciate its full complexity.

A vintage marked by optimal grape ripeness, offering a rare balance of freshness and concentration, ideal for unhurried tasting.
- Aging potential : Can be kept until 2043 under optimal conditions (a stable temperature and protection from light), with an expected peak between 2033 and 2038.
