Domaine Maxime Renaudin
A wine estate rooted in the limestone foothills of the Languedoc, where a passion for terroir finds expression in wines of rare precision.
- Terroir : Clay-limestone soils in the Larzac foothills, influenced by the Tramontane wind and the sea, produce wines with vibrant minerality.
- Winemaking : A low-intervention approach, long macerations and barrel aging reveal the purity of the fruit and the elegance of the terroir.

Tasting notes for Domaine Maxime Renaudin 2023 Magnum
– Appearance : Deep red with garnet highlights and a silky, luminous appearance.
– On the nose : A generous bouquet of ripe red and black berries, notes of thyme and rosemary, a touch of white pepper and subtle mineral salinity.
– On the palate : A fresh, precise opening, with lively acidity and a creamy texture; chalky minerality meets a lingering saline finish, leaving an impression of purity and length.
Serve at room temperature in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to appreciate its full complexity.

A vintage shaped by the balance between Mediterranean sunshine and cool northerly winds, producing wines that are both generous and taut.
