The Pouilly-Fuissé 2023 from Héritiers du Comte Lafon, an organic Chardonnay from the chalky soils of the appellation, reveals aromas of pear and fresh almond. Aged in large oak casks, it offers a mineral, lively and silky palate. To enjoy from 2028 or to keep until 2045, ideal with fish or cheese.
A family estate rooted in the Mâconnais, where the legacy of Dominique Lafon is perpetuated with rigor and passion.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and marls from the Mâconnais, cradle of the great Chardonnays of Burgundy, shaping wines of chalky minerality and precise elegance.
- Vinification: Aging in large oak casks and demi-muids for a pure expression of the grape variety, without artifice, where freshness and tension take precedence.

To the eye: Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of Williams pear and crisp apple intertwine with notes of fresh almond and white flowers, lifted by a saline touch and a discreet woody vanilla, the signature of a chalky terroir.
On the palate: Ample and vibrant texture, carried by a lively acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a long, balanced finish of great purity.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
