Tasting notes for Renaud Bruyère & Adeline Houillon Arbois 2020 red wine
Appearance – A pale red color with silky translucence.
Nose – Fresh red fruit aromas (sour cherry, raspberry), a floral touch of peony, then spice notes and subtle minerality evocative of the Jura’s woodland floor.
Palate – A delicate, taut texture, supported by lively acidity and a saline finish, with the purity of Ploussard expressed through harmonious length.
Serve slightly chilled in a red wine glass to bring out its nuances.
