Cellier Saint Benoît Arbois-Pupillin Ploussard « Chambines » 2023, grown on Pupillin’s marl soils, expresses Ploussard with elegance. Ruby color, strawberry and raspberry aromas, a fresh palate and silky tannins. Naturally vinified, it pairs with poultry and cheeses through 2032.
A family estate rooted in Pupillin, Cellier Saint Benoît has carried on a Jura winemaking heritage for four generations.
- Terroir: Red marl and clay-limestone soils of the Arbois-Pupillin appellation shape wines with chalky minerality and elegant tension.
- Winemaking: A low-intervention approach—hand harvesting and natural fermentation—preserves the purity of the fruit and the expression of the Ploussard grape.
