This Château L'Église-Clinet 2016, born in Pomerol, blends Merlot and Cabernet Franc on a clay-gravel terroir. Aged in new barrels, it offers aromas of dark fruits and spices, with a velvety and fresh palate. At its best after 7 to 8 years, with game or cheese.
A family estate rooted at the heart of Pomerol, where the winemaking heritage has been passed down with exacting standards for generations.
- Terroir : 4.2 hectares of gravelly and clay soils, typical of the Pomerol appellation, lending the wines a fleshy structure and a distinctive minerality.
- Vinification : Aged in new oak barrels for cuvées where the precision of the fruit meets the depth of the wood, without ever sacrificing elegance.
