Esprit de Chevalier Blanc 2012, the second wine of Domaine de Chevalier, is born from the gravelly soils of Pessac-Léognan. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, it reveals aromas of grapefruit, lemon and vanilla, supported by a lively acidity and chalky minerality. The palate is silky and well-balanced, showing a beautiful harmony. Enjoy now or over the next 3 to 5 years, with seafood or grilled fish.

To the eye: Pale yellow robe with golden highlights, of crystalline clarity and an almost silky texture.
On the nose: Aromas of pink grapefruit and fresh lime, followed by a discreet hint of vanilla and a chalky minerality evoking warm stones in the sun.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and delicate salinity, leading to a long and elegant finish where white fruits and buttery notes intertwine.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Bordeaux-style white wine glass to reveal its full purity.
