To the eye: Deep garnet robe with tawny highlights, of a velvety density and a brilliance preserved by time.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and candied blackcurrant intertwine with notes of cedar, blond tobacco and undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
On the palate: A broad and silky attack, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long, taut finish where gentle spices and melted tannins intertwine.
Serve at 16 °C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
