The Esprit de Chevalier 1994, second wine of the Domaine de Chevalier, reveals the gravels of Pessac-Léognan. Notes of blackcurrant, spices, and vanilla intertwine with elegance. Its palate, tender and structured, combines mineral freshness and fine tannins. Perfect with slow-cooked dishes, it can still age 5 to 8 years.

To the eye – A garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of silky density and crystalline clarity.
On the nose – Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and wild blackberry, lifted by notes of blonde tobacco, cedar, and a saline touch of graphite.
On the palate – A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long and harmonious finish where gentle spices and dark fruits intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
