The Château Corton Grancey Grand Cru 2005 from Maison Louis Latour is a Pinot Noir sourced from the Bressandes, Perrières, Grèves, Clos du Roi and Chaumes climats. Aged in oak barrels, it reveals notes of candied cherry, leather and truffle, a silky palate and a chalky minerality. Perfect for cellaring, it pairs beautifully with game and aged cheeses.
Since the end of the 18th century, this family estate has embodied the excellence of great Burgundy wines, combining tradition and mastery of terroir.
- Terroir : 48 hectares in Burgundy, of which 27 are Grands Crus, where the limestone and marl soils of Corton sculpt Pinot Noir wines of rare precision.
- Vinification : Careful aging in oak barrels, with a rigorous selection of plots to reveal the soul of each climat.
