Maison Maenad Le Néant 2024, made from Gamay grown on granite in Bully, combines aromatic purity with mineral freshness. Whole-cluster fermentation and barrel aging reveal a silky lightness and precise acidity. Enjoy now or cellar for 2–3 years; perfect with terrines or summer salads.
Born of a transatlantic passion, this wine house perched in Orbagna in the Jura brings together Jura terroir and a bold vision led by Katie Worobeck.
- Terroir: Beaujolais granite soils, where Gamay thrives in a cool climate, shape wines with mineral tension and vibrant freshness.
- Winemaking: Natural, thoughtful methods – whole clusters, native yeasts, and aging in old barrels – reveal the purity of the fruit and the energy of the terroir.
