A family heritage and a quest for the absolute in the Loire Valley, this estate embodies the demands of a terroir and a unique signature.

To the eye – A pale gold robe with green glints, of silky clarity, like a flash of flint polished by the Loire.
On the nose – Freshness of candied citrus (cedrat, pink grapefruit), followed by notes of ripe exotic fruits, white peach, and acacia blossom, all underscored by a saline touch and a discreet mineral veil, almost smoky.
On the palate – A lively, precise attack where the tangy tension meets a fleshy yet elegant texture; the chalky minerality persists through the finish, carried by a saline length and an aromatic persistence reminiscent of the Loire's sea spray.
Serve at 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to release the full complexity of this cuvée.
