Thomas Batardière Amor Fati 2024 red from Domaine Thomas Batardière showcases Case Neuve Grolleau. Made without additions, it reveals raspberry and blood-orange aromas and a fresh, mineral palate. Enjoy now or over the next 2–3 years with grilled meats or charcuterie.
Nestled in Rablay-sur-Layon, this biodynamic estate brings together exceptional terroir and thoughtful winemaking, guided by Thomas Batardière’s philosophy since 2012.
- Terroir : Clay, blue schist and quartz soils in Anjou, where old Grolleau vines draw distinctive minerality from a former riverbed.
- Winemaking : Minimal intervention, fermentation with native yeasts and aging in stainless steel tanks preserve the fruit’s purity and the wine’s tension.
