Practicing organic farming, the domaine stands out for its commitment to terroir and its bold choice of grape varieties, including Sangiovese, a variety more commonly associated with Italy than southern France.
This wine is made from 100% Sangiovese, a grape known for its balance of freshness and structure. Grown on clay-limestone soils, influenced by Mediterranean breezes, it develops intense aromatics and vibrant acidity.
Its garnet-red hue with violet reflections suggests a wine of depth and elegance. The nose is captivating, offering aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry, and aromatic herbs, with hints of sweet spices and cocoa. On the palate, the attack is fresh and juicy, with a well-balanced acidity and smooth tannins that enhance its drinkability. The finish is long, elegant, and subtly spiced.
