The Stéphane Bernaudeau Les Onglés 2020, a Loire Chenin Blanc, reveals its mineral soils through biodynamic farming. A family estate rooted in Anjou, where Chenin Blanc expresses itself with rare intensity, shaped by an exceptional terroir and an artisanal philosophy.
- Terroir : Schist and clay-limestone soils of the Loire Valley, lending the wines a vibrant minerality and a characteristic tension.
- Winemaking : Biodynamic approach, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging on fine lees for a pure and vibrant expression of the grape variety.

- Appearance : Pale yellow robe with golden highlights, of a silky clarity and crystalline brilliance, revealing a dense and precise texture.
- On the Nose : Aromas of Williams pear and hawthorn blossom intertwine with notes of clove and flint, underlined by a saline touch and a discreet evocation of acacia honey.
- On the Palate : Lively and taut attack, carried by a chalky acidity and a saline minerality that stretches into a long, elegant finish, where roasted almonds and a hint of beeswax intertwine.
Serve at 13 °C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
