A family-owned house founded in 1776, Louis Roederer embodies Champagne excellence through its independence and its deep roots in the exceptional terroirs of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs.
- Terroir : Grand Cru classified vineyards – chalky and calcareous soils of Verzenay, Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, conferring minerality and tension to the grapes.

To the eye – Pale golden robe with green reflections, of crystalline clarity, with a fine and persistent effervescence, like a veil of silk.
On the nose – Aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, jasmine), followed by candied citrus (lemon and orange zest), ripe yellow fruits (peach, apricot) and a touch of fresh almond, all lifted by a chalky minerality and a saline hint.
On the palate – Silky, almost creamy attack, carried by a lively and precise acidity; the mineral tension stretches into a long, saline finish of taut elegance, leaving an impression of purity and depth.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a tall flute or a tulip Champagne glass to preserve the finesse of the bubbles.
