Cristal Roederer 2013 Rosé Magnum
The Cristal Rosé 2013 Magnum by Louis Roederer draws its elegance from the Grands Crus of Ay and Avize, on chalky soils. A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, it is vinified with infusion and partial barrel aging. On the palate, notes of tangy red fruits, a silky texture and a saline minerality. Ideal for refined meals, it ages gracefully.

Tasting notes for the wine Louis Roederer Cristal Rosé 2013 Magnum
To the eye — A pale rosé robe with copper highlights, of a crystalline clarity, while the bubbles, fine and persistent, draw a silky thread at the surface of the glass.
On the nose — First, notes of morello cherry and tangy redcurrant, followed by white rose petals and a touch of fresh almond, before a mineral breath and a saline hint come to balance the aromatic palette.
On the palate — The attack is lively and precise, carried by a creamy effervescence that envelops flavors of ripe raspberry and candied citrus, while a saline and chalky finish prolongs the tasting with remarkable length.
To be served between 8 and 10°C, in a champagne flute or a white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by late ripeness and an autumnal freshness, yielding wines of remarkable tension and great aromatic purity.
